feat: add an `undo` command

The /undo command should undo the changes. We can use the snapshot service to make it happen.

For anyone following the undo workflow, related PR #3930 adds prompt-level restoration of captured files and conversation history together, plus multi-level redo.

It retains the existing per-file snapshot API and legacy .snap readability. This is a follow-up workflow proposal, not a claim that the completed work in this issue is still unresolved. I've manually verified rewind and redo in the Linux TUI; tests and screenshots are in the PR, which remains unmerged.
