This PR adds a sample SAA + Serverless Worker Lambda deployment. The intent is to show the scaffolding for the Lambda SDK handler and an SAA worker.
I am open to suggestions on architecture and need some guidance. @lennessyy
There has already been some feedback about where this content should live: Potentially in the dev guides (https://docs.temporal.io/standalone-activity), and maybe this example itself should live in the serverless docs (one example for each SDK?)
@prasek suggested that the SAA docs should just add a "deploy to production" pointer to https://docs.temporal.io/production-deployment, with a callout to "create a SAA with Lamdba Serverless Workers" that hits this content.
