chore: start every @openuidev package description with "OpenUI"

What

Several published @openuidev/* packages had npm descriptions that never mentioned OpenUI (e.g. @openuidev/react-ui: "Component library for Generative UI SDK"). Every published package's description now starts with "OpenUI", so it's clear which project a package belongs to on npm and in search results.

Changes

Only description changes, in 16 packages/*/package.json files. A few examples:

@openuidev/assistant-ui already started with "OpenUI" and is unchanged. Private example and docs workspaces aren't published, so they're out of scope. No changeset is included, so each package's new description reaches npm on its next release.

Test Plan

• Verified locally: a script confirms every non-private packages/*/package.json description starts with "OpenUI", and every file is still valid JSON
