P1 Badge Update the local dependency constraints for 0.1.36

This release changes every workspace package to 0.1.36, but the internal dependency declarations in [workspace.dependencies] remain at 0.1.25 (and tinybox-drivers at 0.1.32). Update those constraints to the release version and regenerate Cargo.lock; the repository explicitly requires release bumps to update both package versions and matching local dependency constraints.
