Please add toon-python to pypi, so people can start using it without weird-ass side-loading.

Related to #50

And please merge good PR's, so we don't have to deal with this kind of non-sense:

    +1 here. There are hundred of toons repository in pypi, we need to cut it and have an official implementation.
