Moves every [`tox-dev/github-workflows`](https://github.com/tox-dev/github-workflows) pin to [6.2.0](https://github.com/tox-dev/github-workflows/releases/tag/6.2.0). 👋 The GitHub Release now credits first-time contributors: the publish step takes the New Contributors list from GitHub's generated notes for the range since the previous tag and places it above the package and comparison links ([#34](tox-dev/github-workflows#34)). The changelog file no longer carries that list. The pins also pick up the 6.0.2 to 6.1.0 changes: release asset names match the names GitHub stores ([#29](tox-dev/github-workflows#29)), and the rendered notes list several packages on one row with an ecosystem emoji ([#32](tox-dev/github-workflows#32)).

First-time contributors whose PR carried no changelog entry, such as a test fix labelled
skip news, went unthanked. The prepare step only credited authors linked from the new changelog section, so pytest-env 1.8.2, pyproject-api 1.12.1 and peryxv2026.1027.0shipped without naming seven new contributors. The list also landed in the changelog file, where it does not belong. 👋publish-github-releasenow asks GitHub to generate notes for the range from the previous tag named in the body'sFull Changeloglink to the new tag. It takes only GitHub's New Contributors list, drops bots, and inserts it above the package and comparison links before it writes the draft. A published Release stays as it is.prepare-towncrierno longer runsrelease-creator contributors, so changelogs stop carrying the list. The publish job already holds Contents write, which the generate-notes endpoint needs, so callers change nothing beyond the pin.
