Dependabot opened one pull request per ecosystem, and one per pre-commit hook, so a single week could leave half a dozen update PRs open in one repository. 馃摝 Every ecosystem now joins one multi-ecosystem group, so the weekly Tuesday run opens a single pull request with all of that week's updates, labelled
dependenciesandskip news. Each ecosystem keeps its directory, its seven-day cooldown and any ignore rules; the group owns the schedule and labels. A repository with only one ecosystem groups all of that ecosystem's updates instead.
