Default setup runs on ubuntu-latest, and GitHub warns on every run that the label will migrate to Ubuntu 26.04. A committed workflow pins ubuntu-26.04 and keeps the languages, query suite and triggers default setup uses today.

CodeQL default setup runs on
ubuntu-latest, and each run carries a notice that the label will migrate to Ubuntu 26.04. 🛡️ This PR replaces default setup with a committed workflow pinned toubuntu-26.04, which drops the notice and puts the CodeQL configuration under review like the rest of CI.The workflow scans the same languages default setup has configured today,
actionsandpython, with thedefaultquery suite and no build step. It runs on pushes tomain, on pull requests, weekly, and on manual dispatch. Each language runs as its own job with read-only repository access plus permission to upload results to code scanning.Rollout
