ci: intermittent failure

We saw another job failing https://github.com/uutils/coreutils/actions/runs/30242322090/job/89903171158 even not touching any code, the problem was

sccache: caused by: Compiler not supported: "/home/runner/.redoxer/x86_64-unknown-redox/toolchain/bin/rustc: error while loading shared libraries: libLLVM.so.21.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory\n"

CICD / Build (ubuntu-latest, x86_64-unknown-redox, feat_os_unix_redox, redoxer, true, true) seems to be failing every time, actually.

redoxer cargo: exit status: 101

i published a new release of sccache, it should fix the issue now

not caused by sccache :/
