Environment

macOS (arm64), built from source, v3 at cfb21a4.

Describe the bug / provide steps to reproduce it

An existence rule on ZEBRA, [*.{ts,js}] with BasedOnStyles = T, and this test.js:

/** one ZEBRA here */
    /** two ZEBRA here */
/** three ZEBRA
 */
x();

vale test.js reports columns 7, 11 and 9; the word is at 9, 13 and 11. In a .ts file only line 3, the multi-line opener, is off. The column is rebuilt from a guess at the delimiter's width rather than from where the extracted line sits in its source line.

I have a fix with tests at v3...chad-loder:vale:fix/comment-columns, but I'm holding the PR while #1204 is open, per CONTRIBUTING: "Finish one before opening the next."
