Environment

macOS (arm64), built from source, v3 at cfb21a4.

Describe the bug / provide steps to reproduce it

A doc comment's masks drop any alert that starts inside them, including one whose match runs on past the mask into the prose. With this rule:

extends: existence
message: "Found '%s'."
level: error
nonword: true
tokens:
  - '\{@link Foo\} runs on'

and this test.ts:

/**
 * See {@link Foo} runs on every call.
 */
export function f() {}

vale test.ts reports nothing; it should report 2:8. An alert should only be dropped when its whole match is inside the mask.

I have a fix with tests at v3...chad-loder:vale:fix/doc-mask-partial-match, but I'm holding the PR while #1204 is open, per CONTRIBUTING: "Finish one before opening the next."
