the cca-platform-challenge claim is used to bind the platform and realm tokens, and evcli is able to calculate the correct value when it is omitted from the json. An invalid cca-platform-challenge value had been included in the 2 testvectors. Removing it allows evcli cca create to generate tokens with the correct value.
