New package

• This new package conforms to the package requirements: YES
• This is a manager for godot versions. I previously used the flatpak version a lot, and have tested this version for a few weeks. Uses godot as the build system, as it's basically a "godot game" itself.
• Arch restrictions follow that of the godot package.
• AUR package for reference: https://aur.archlinux.org/cgit/aur.git/tree/PKGBUILD?h=godots

Local build testing

• I built this PR locally for my native architecture, (x86_64)
• I built this PR locally for these architectures: NO. No crossbuilds, will appreciate at least one person testing on their non-x86 architecture.
