Overview
This PR syncs the public Agent API OpenAPI spec, adding Factory Branch endpoints, a block snapshot download endpoint, OpenAPI 3.2 nullability conversions, and several schema updates.
Concerns
- One newly added schema property still uses the OpenAPI 3.0
nullable: truekeyword after the document version is changed to OpenAPI 3.2, which can make the property invalid or misrepresented for 3.2 tooling.

nullable keyword while the rest of the diff converts nullability to JSON Schema unions; use the same union form here so 3.2 tooling preserves the null value.
