Whale now represents function declarations, full calling signatures, and direct/indirect calls. The English and Korean references explain the declaration identity and link-name rules, evaluation order, exact call verification, typed null/invalid-target trap contract, and AST/typed IR format 2 migration.
The IR reference includes a complete compiled Rust example and its exact printed IR, AST call fragments, and links to a complete JSON lowering fixture with expected output. All existing module examples were updated to format 2 and explicit declaration IDs; the overview, AMD64 target and assembler/linker pages distinguish implemented IR support from pending native execution, runtime metadata and identity propagation through linking.

Merge this documentation after the implementation so the master-linked schema and fixtures exist. These branches are in separate repositories; neither requires the other's code to build.
Validation: document and web-handler Go tests passed; 14 Rust examples compiled and ran; six complete CLI JSON examples and associated printed modules checked; diff checks passed. Only the 14 English/Korean Whale documents change. No site routing or application changes, rebuild, restart or deployment.
