For some Windows 10 users, I’ve noticed that dragging the title bar still doesn’t work even when -webkit-app-region: drag; app-region: drag; --webui-app-region: drag; are used.

Further investigation revealed that an additional put_IsNonClientRegionSupportEnabled is required for those users; according to the documentation, the default value is FALSE.

I’m not entirely sure of the exact reason, perhaps they’re running an older version of WebView?

In general, if Windows 10 OS is updated, they will get the latest WebView2 runtime just like Windows 11, but if OS not updated they may stack with old version.

However, your PR fix it for old runtime, Thank you @SpriteOvO.
