Holding — TypeScript 7 is blocked by the eslint toolchain, not by our code.

pnpm build actually passes on TS 7.0.2 (tsc and Next both compile the site cleanly), but pnpm lint refuses to start:

    at ... eslint-config-next/dist/index.js:5:64

@typescript-eslint/*@8.67.0 declares peerDependency typescript@">=4.8.4 <6.1.0" and hard-throws above it, and eslint-config-next loads it unconditionally. Since CI runs lint before build, this fails the whole job.

Leaving open for Renovate to keep fresh — retry once typescript-eslint ships TS 7 support. Same blocker family as #101.

Still blocked by a ceiling, not an ordering problem: typescript-eslint latest release still declares typescript: ">=4.8.4 <6.1.0", and eslint-config-next loads it unconditionally, so pnpm lint (and CI) fails on TS 7. Revisit once a typescript-eslint release admits TS 7.
