Rename Sign-in URL to Initiate login URI in README

Summary

Updates the README to match the WorkOS dashboard, which labels this setting Initiate login URI (the initiate_login_uri field) and exposes it on each application's Redirects tab.

• Step "3. Create Sign-in URL" → "3. Create Initiate Login URI" (anchor #3-create-initiate-login-uri), plus prose and the dashboard configuration checklist
• Dashboard instructions now point to the application's Redirects tab

Docs-only change. Related: workos/authkit-nextjs#483.

Naming inconsistencies across redirects has come up time and time again, so I think it would be great to settle on some simplified naming. Please give it a look through and let me know if there are any objections to the following naming proposal...

OAuth allowlists (validated, multi-value, one default) keep the spec term "URIs"; single-link settings use "URL":

• Redirect URIs (Unchanged)
• Sign-out redirects &gt; Sign-out URIs
• Sign-in endpoint &gt; Sign-in URL
• App homepage &gt; App homepage URL
• Sign-up URL (Unchanged)
• User invitation URL (Unchanged)
• Password reset URL (Unchanged)
