…weep CONTRIBUTORS.md is brought through PR #1191 (three new contributors, new counts for dxnnystyles and minutechreview, area table). Traction figures are corrected to the live GitHub numbers that check_traction.py --live found stale, METRICS gets a 2026-W44 row and sweep note, ROADMAP records the sweep and its open follow-ups (#1192-#1210), and CHANGELOG lists the new scripts.
