ci: run transactional Query RMW workload

Summary

Builds on #772 and consumes the separate native Query RMW scenario from
ydb-platform/ydb-java-examples#70 at exact revision
92c31a38f907b04ad746c63904bd191e70a979cb.

Add one java-query-rmw matrix row with --writers 4 and teach the existing
source-image helper its module/jar. Both current and baseline build their own
SDK source. Preserve all four basic workloads and commands, init@v2,
fail_on_workload_error=true, runner, label gate and permissions.

Verification

• Shell syntax and parsed workflow configuration pass. Exact two-file consumer
  gate: APPROVE; the source increment has its own APPROVE gate.
• Both ordinary helper/source-Dockerfile images build and execute against YDB.
  Same-ref peers exit 0 with four private tables; short cleanup preserves the
  longer peer. Actual OTLP operation and SDK-attempt metrics arrive.
• Source acceptance includes 25 focused tests, five real data/final-SDK failures
  exiting 1, and recovered persisted-commit protocol ambiguity exiting 0 with
  exact independently checked IDs, values and versions.
• Examples PR Support polling operation #70 passed its JDK 8/11/17 checks.

The native images use the same SDK library revision, not a two-version
benchmark. The ambiguity receipt uses protocol substitution, not physical
response loss or server chaos. Hosted SDK SLO and V3 validity are not claimed;
the existing opt-in policy remains intact.
