New salesforce-headless-360 plugin for Salesforce's Headless 360 (Beta) hosted MCP server. Admin-set required server URL, Consumer Key, and Consumer Secret; members only sign in. The existing salesforce plugin is unchanged.

Track the latest upstream monorepo revision and regenerate package metadata. The pstack release remains 0.15.15; its workflows and the Thermos and Mods implementations are unchanged.

Why
Keep the fork at the latest upstream monorepo revision. The pstack release remains 0.15.15.
What changed
Scope
This sync changes repository metadata and includes the new upstream plugin. It adds no pstack features and changes no pstack, Thermos, Deslop, or Mods logic. It does not install or activate Salesforce or change user settings.
Blast Radius
All upstream content and Git ancestry are preserved. Claude Code, Codex, and optional Mods keep their existing implementation.
Verification
The existing sync PR #2 remains open and blocks scheduled sync when a newer upstream revision is pending. This PR leaves that separate decision untouched.
