Defect A (#1510): link() deduplicated edges on (src, rel, dst, tier), so a fact two methods share was owned by whichever wrote it first; when that method stopped reading the field its reprojection retracted the fact for everyone. ctx is now part of the key, and out()/capability() read facts once however many contexts wrote them. Defect B (#1510): project_compute never retracted the DAG it replaced, so a cyclic-then-acyclic reprojection kept the ComputeCycle refusal and the stale ComputesFrom edges. It now retracts its own class's compute edges and cycle verdict first. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_011BMJnDBAfzcuQh5HeT39Rh

Merge Risk: 🟡 Moderate · up to Reprojecting graph methods or compute DAGs may delete capability blockers that should remain. This applies both when the same refusal is produced again and when the blocker was claimed directly. The capability status would then wrongly read Pre-merge checks ·

The entries index takes the first id in the heading, so the entry read as a second D-SAG-1 and the structural check refused the duplicate. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_011BMJnDBAfzcuQh5HeT39Rh
--write keeps an existing row's id, so the retitled entry still read as D-SAG-1; the row is regenerated from the heading. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_011BMJnDBAfzcuQh5HeT39Rh

…eir last refusal project_compute removed every ComputesFrom and RefusedFor(ComputeCycle) edge in the class context, including facts claimed from the class itself, and a BlockedBy edge outlived the compiled refusal it was admitted on. Retraction now matches only the projection's own rows (Derived field->field ComputesFrom, Compiled cycle verdict), and both reprojection paths prune BlockedBy edges whose refusal has no compiled RefusedFor left. after replacement verdicts are recorded in both reprojection paths: after the
new compute-cycle verdict at line 867 and after the replacement method verdicts

pruned.
- Line 823: Update the BlockedBy pruning predicate to remove only compiled,
refusal-sourced blockers whose source is in supported; preserve claimed
method-to-capability BlockedBy facts during reprojection.

…piled refusal-sourced ones Pruning ran before project_compute and project wrote their new verdicts, so a reprojection that reproduces the same cycle deleted its own blocker. It also removed claimed method-to-capability BlockedBy facts, which no refusal supports. Prune now runs once after each projection completes and only touches compiled BlockedBy edges whose source is a refusal. Fixes two of the three defects #1510's audit suspected in #1509's software-awareness graph. Both were confirmed on
mainbefore the fix.A: losing a shared fact
link()deduplicated edges on(src, rel, dst, tier). A fact two methods share, such as the claim behind a field both read, therefore belonged to whichever method wrote it first. When that method stopped reading the field, its reprojection deleted the fact for both methods.ctxis now part of the dedup key, so each method holds its own copy.out()andcapability()report each fact once, however many methods wrote it.B: stale compute edges
project_computenever deleted the DAG it replaced. Projecting a cyclic DAG and then an acyclic one left theComputeCyclerefusal and the oldComputesFromedges in place. It now deletes its own class's compute edges and cycle verdict first.Tests (written red first)
reprojecting_a_subset_keeps_the_facts_of_the_other_methods: for every method, reprojecting it unchanged changes nothing. Reprojecting it with a body that reads no field gives the same facts as a fresh projection.reprojecting_a_compute_dag_replaces_the_earlier_one: three DAG sequences (cyclic→acyclic, acyclic→cyclic, cyclic→cyclic) each give the expected edge count and verdict, and another class's DAG is untouched.Disable runs: removing
ctxfrom the key, removing the compute retraction, or removing the dedup inouteach turns the test named for it red.Not fixed: C
certifystill accepts any test name. Deciding who may issue a verified receipt is a policy question for the operator, not a code bug.Gates:
