Why the change

The phone had no way to see how many tokens the computer's Bots spend; now the Human's avatar in Chats opens Settings with a 7-day Usage card, and tapping it shows the detail.

Closes #1896 (part of #1893).

Special things to note

• Merge risk: mobile-only and read-only. It calls the existing overviewUsage and overviewMemory bridge methods; no Host change, no new bridge method, so CLI parity is unchanged (deepseekbot overview-usage / overview-memory already exist). Revert is a plain revert. Review focus: src/host/usage.ts paging (restarts when the Host's day rolls over), and the new Segmented primitive (no existing primitive is an iOS-style two-way switch; the Activity chips are filters, not a period switch). The bars use DayBars and compactTokenCount from Mobile: token usage, event and memory commit activity cards on the Bot profile #1895, cherry-picked here as its own commit so the two PRs share one chart; whichever merges second sees that commit as already applied.

  • Automated: pnpm typecheck, pnpm vitest run apps/mobile (41 files), pnpm lint, pnpm format:check all pass locally after merging latest main (Mobile: fix Settings sheet header overlap, Done and light-mode cards #1885). New test/usage.test.ts parses wire recorded from a real isolated Host (test/fixtures/usage-wire.json: an idle Host, then two Bots that each answered a DM) and covers paging, the day-rollover restart, partial (null) counts. test/usage-screen.test.tsx checks the card shows the week total with 7 day bars and opens Usage, an idle Host shows a zero week, a failure offers Try again and reads again, the Today switch refetches, Bot rows open the profile and Show more pages. Wire types are asserted against the Host's in test/wire-contract.ts. The repo has no RNTL yet, so these use the existing jsdom + react-native shim like the other screen tests.
  • Runtime: node scripts/e2e-mobile-usage-web.mjs passes against a fresh isolated Host with the real model: the idle week is zero, the Settings card's total equals overviewUsage week total (the number the Web activity view shows), all 7 days are present, the card opens Usage, Today reads the Host again, no page errors.
  • Not run: native check on a development build (cloud session has no simulator); Host switching was not driven end to end, but both screens are keyed by hostId and read from the current Host's client. Queued for the simulator batch.
• CI test plan: affected. The new fixture lives under apps/mobile/test/fixtures/, already covered by the plan.

• app/settings.tsx → SettingsView now starts with UsageCard (loads overviewUsage {period:'week'}).
• New route app/usage.tsx → UsageView: Today / Last 7 days, total + daily bars, By kind, By PersonaBot (tap opens /bot/[slug]), Memory activity, Show more on both lists.
• src/host/usage.ts: load, page, merge and summarize; src/host/wire.ts: OverviewUsage, OverviewMemory.
• DESIGN.md and the verify-deepseekbot feature map describe the card, the screen and the journey.
• The Usage card sits on SHEET_GROUP (the raised layer from Mobile: fix Settings sheet header overlap, Done and light-mode cards #1885), so it reads as a card on the white Settings page in light mode, like the other groups.
