refactor(views): replace obsolete Watermark with PlaceholderText - #140

The TargetFrameworkVersion (Android API level 35) is higher than the targetSdkVersion (34). Please increase the `android:targetSdkVersion` in the `AndroidManifest.xml` so that the API levels match.
