Change and mathematical scope

Independent finite bit construction; no new κ. A Boolean cancellation shortens Cinna Davis's reviewed PR973 frame-509 block from 21 to 20 ADDs. With literal reverse cleanup paid, the complete selected PR589 word costs 24,283 ADDs, down from 24,285 for PR973 and 24,305 for PR589. All original H1–H5 and K_equals_D pass, all 661 register frame paths and the paid profile remain unchanged, and the 104/192-bit charges are retained.

The exact local identity is b ^= a; h ^= a; c ^= a; h ^= b → h ^= b; b ^= a; c ^= a, on physical registers (a,b,h,c)=(33,38,468,77). The integer maps differ by 2 e_468 e_33^T; their F₂ maps agree for arbitrary dirty inputs. The package includes a short proof, an explicit word, exact source pins and independently executed finite checks. No circuit minimum, runtime speedup, hosted-supplier adoption or complete multiplication theorem is claimed. The inherited compiler, realization, hosting, precision/tape and analytic obligations remain.

Task and overlap

There was no pinned coordination issue; discussions and 822 open PRs were checked through #1213.

Scope refined from whole-block Boolean synthesis to one exact local identity and independent original-interface admission. The paid profile is fixed, so the result supplies finite circuit evidence without moving the current complex-supplier bottleneck. Main advanced to 49b3157d1d89adcef16df8be98445451672be5ba during submission; all 16 source/implementation pins and the selected certificate are byte-identical there. The research base remains the exact commit above.

Concurrent #1208 reached the same local cancellation and 20-ADD count during this work's verification. It is credited at 24c45725f7b9ffca4529b46661acf343ce93cee3. This adds an independent realization and native evidence on the original PR589/PR973 interface, with H2 and K still true. The two block programs have identical integer/F₂ endpoints but different orders. There is no priority or ADD-count-record claim, and #1208's complete composed word was not replayed. #1127's pinned block has 22 ADDs; #1015 independently reached the preceding 21. Extracted comparisons are checked in the package tests.

• Exact block columns, all 2,048 Boolean inputs, 661 dirty columns in both directions for all three words, original E8/interface checker, complete exporter invoice, positive envelopes and 27 local mutation controls pass.
• Fresh unchanged native 5/9/11-stage checks pass for all three words: 883/1,327/1,549 formal columns per stage count and 144 distinct omitted-bridge controls rejected.
• 10 package tests, including relocated optimized replay and source/receipt corruption, plus 14 existing finite-bit-contract and selected-record tests, pass.
• macOS arm64, CPython 3.14.6, Apple clang 21 and Boost 1.87.0. Exact deterministic receipts are retained. Selected cold replay, full hosted admission, repository-wide suites and remote CI are not claimed.

Only the new scoped research directory is added. The selected record and frozen sources are unchanged.
