Reuse 2,106 dead auxiliary slots at deferred-readout births, paying the intervening frame transition and the original dirty-value readout. This reduces the complex supplier from 28,705 to 26,599 roles while preserving its rank deficit and complete dirty return. The conditional saving is κ=5519166047173/50000000000000000=1.1038332094346e-4.

Author checks cover the literal forward/reflected word, complete paid histogram, expanded scalar charges, three moments, 47 inequalities and seven margins. A separate AI-agent post-publication review supports this conditional construction and requested a feasible-exponent qualification now applied to the proof; the bound is unchanged. The retained analytic, stopped-product and fixed-tape assumptions remain explicit. This is not human peer review or formal verification.

All 45 own-fork CI jobs pass on head 3657b5d: full inherited suite (36/36), birth-read Python 3.11/3.13/3.14, and both inherited cyclic/cube matrices. Upstream PR workflows await maintainer approval and have not run tests. Builds on #118, #114, #117 and #112; inherited notices are preserved.

Under PR104's opposite-bank rule every residual is one child, so deferred
readouts pay on both networks. Bit: Swapnil Jain's round-seven deferred word,
unchanged (stopped saving 1.2402e-4). Complex: PR104's h=24 network with lifted
binary frames and deferred readouts on 8,893 of 44,918 roles (8.58628e-5).
Replay with arbitrary scratch, exact F2 frame checks, exact moments and the
47-constraint assembly give kappa = 429239/5000000000.

Run the PR110/PR116 deferral compiler unchanged on PR117's replayed 28,705-role
h24 complex DAG (3,020 deferred roles). Complex saving 108566486/10^12 still binds
below the round-seven bit word; kappa = 6783925373/(6.25*10^13), 3.875% above PR117.

On the merged CrocSwap#144 bit branch with CrocSwap#147's 1,549 terminal eliminations,
run the selected deferred reads as late as the word allows and hand
3,338 dead auxiliary registers to later deferred slots whose entrance
frame contains the dead register's frame (the CrocSwap#124 birth-read operation
on the bit word). Physical roles fall from 27,317 to 23,979 and the
coarse bit saving rises to 472689442/10^12.

Adds research/bit-reuse-147 and its workflow; no existing file changes.

Thank you @jamesyc. This contribution is now recorded on main in the scoped reconciliation review and contributor credits.

Contribution: Reuse at a legal birth cut with exact dirty-state compensation.

Review and limits: Exact-head CI evidence; inverse chronology and feasible moment majorization retained, no reset assumed.

The complete original source, proof/research notes, notices and relevant replay/CI evidence are retained through the pinned source archive. The review distinguishes fresh runs, exact-head historical CI and prior integration evidence. Closing this historical PR as reconciled; its obsolete headline does not replace the current selected bound, and draft/retracted claims retain their explicit qualifications.
