docs: fix stale current-review routing in contribution index

Readers following CONTRIBUTING.md's contribution-review link are directed to the historical #531 review as the “current checkpoint,” and to the October 11 research integration as the “latest” batch. The selected record instead resolves to the #1094 review.

This changes only the introductory routing in docs/research/contribution-review.md: follow the selected record's review, source_manifest, certificate, and reproduce fields; use the PR ledger for dispositions; keep the existing #531 and October 11 links explicitly historical. The historical body, source artifacts, attribution, and selected frontier are unchanged. No new mathematical result or κ is claimed.

• Refreshed python3 scripts/find_overlap.py 'contribution-review.md' 'direct-delivery review' --refresh: no literal matches across 871 open PRs (including drafts), 30 discussion records, and the helper's local notes/ledger coverage, at 2026-10-13 21:43 UTC. Pagination complete; arbitrary diffs and nested sources are not searched, so this is not a novelty proof.

Validation

• python3 -B scripts/research_baseline.py: PASS_RESEARCH_BASELINE_BINDINGS_ONLY.
• git diff --check: pass.
• A standard-library check resolved every introductory local link and the selected record's three file targets, checked the four field names, and compared the entire historical suffix beginning The selected PR #39 chain byte-for-byte against the base: pass.
• Verified that the diff touches only this one Markdown file. No persistent test added for this documentation-only repair; no cold supplier replay or mathematical verification claimed.
