This changes the PR2894 local word using paired input/output basis changes to restore helper408 at an eight-dimensional terminal frame. Both providers pass the exact 632-input forward/dual audit and all five native stages. The extra private cleanup buffer is explicitly charged: 73 buffers, 66,795 physical families.

The complete T74 owner repair and finite/outer release give conditional κ = 0.001720398337354237885931 − 10⁻⁴⁶ − 10⁻⁷⁰, a gain of 2.13808976768352857×10⁻⁷ over #2894 at 18d03c447886895ef9abf888398178e0428533ca (about 0.0124%). Keeping the inherited allocation loses; 545 same-call width exchanges and 222 checked relocations realize the gain. No packing optimality or unconditional multiplication theorem is claimed.
