…rites on PR2942's words: conditional kappa 0.001729033982646513517717 - 1e-46 - 1e-70 The fill layer of PR2942's words with PR2957's rewrites is exhausted (PR2969 attains their packing cap), so a further gain must change the words. Restored helpers can end one dimension lower, at a rank-7 subspace, if every gate touching them fits; priced alone every such lowering loses, because the restore partners must drop into the subspace too. Grouped by a shared subspace, the partners drop once: 22 restored helpers in five groups (V45 = E_7 n E_42 n E_45 for PR2942's pivots; four groups with PR2917's 331/299 and sixteen entering helpers) clear 22 break-evens by 142,394 units, frame-only (139 gate frames and 22 end frames, each a hyperplane of the old one). The lowered partners make five further paired extractions profitable (normal 42: 226, 228, 230; normal 7: 363, 395; +66,903), and Jeremy Kothe's fourteen PR2957 rewrites compose exactly on top (-52,350, additive). Fresh 9->7 extractions are an exact negative over all 43,435 rank-7 subspaces (a 7-dim subspace lies in exactly three hyperplanes, which must all pair), consistent with RossRichardson's PR2918. producer.py composes the three declared stages on PR2942's words (PR2957's applier vendored byte-identical for stage 3); verify.py replays every stage word, checks the stage-1 subspace and fit conditions, PR2908's two-sided certificate at every extraction step, PR2833's auditor forward and dual on every stage word, the frame accounting and 86 semantic rejection controls. A literal T74 allocation of the changed inventory (1.782e-9 below its fractional cap) passes the owner engine, the exact moment auditor re-pinned to PR2969, and the complete fresh-native admission and outer release with the new overlay stage rank7-joint-endframes (rebuild guards for lowered endpoints and moved warp positions; admission control count derived for six width classes): PASS_RELEASE at kappa 0.001729033982646513517717 - 1e-46 - 1e-70, exactly 4998757898408639167/10^24 above PR2969. Credits: Jeremy Kothe (PR2957/2948/2966 rewrites and applier, composed exactly), Dugongue (PR2969 comparator; PR2863/2839), Jeremy Diviney (PR2908), Mason Hale (PR2917), RossRichardson (PR2918), Yiyang Lu (PR2857/2848), Tekalign, icekylinx, themilkman216. Prepared with substantial AI assistance (Claude Code).

…appa; no defect found) research/t74-3015-restore-edit-audit: standard-library audit of open PR #3015 (Jeremy Kothe, head e244296) with code that imports or executes nothing of PR #3015, #2979, #3018 or #3021 (their files are pinned git data; this contributor's earlier checkers are vendored as byte-pinned copies). Checked: the declared hunk restore[178:180) -> 3 gates (own diff), the net operator, both edited words exact forward and dual through cleanup and the target endpoint (632 inputs), the frame recount in two implementations with the paid delta -2H1+H2 attributed to register 63's climbs 7->8->9 merging into 7->9, the literal cleanup, PR2979's allocation priced in two implementations under the new local profiles (271,728 roles; complete profile, physical stock 66813), the endpoint C = 0.001729150973534224428695 and kappa = C-1e-46-1e-70 with own and vendored enclosures, the exact gain over PR2979, a census of R1's rewrite class (122 rewrites recounted on the parent words: only the R1 pair improves; 108 on the edited words: none), PR3018's journal (profile and endpoint reproduced) and the PR3015+PR3018 composition (equal to PR3021's finite records). 117 negative controls rejected by their named rules (85 distinct), 8 positive controls, 7 vendor-pin controls, 23/23 checker mutations killed. …the T74 invoice (no new kappa) Checks PR #2979's mixed-entrance group A (helpers 331, 450, 451, 508 and 509) on both literal providers in both orientations. Helper 331 enters cold and its emitted residual 0:261 has width seven; the four helpers entering at [30] use 115:261, of width six rather than the terminal dimension seven. Both residuals hold phase-exactly on all 512 address columns. Each helper's complete direct path (scalar clocks, climbs, private lifetime and both wrappers) is bound to the literal source, all ten helper/private endpoints are normalized identities under the retained PR #3006 engine, and the widths are joined to all 3,330 group-A placements of the final T74 allocation. A time-major recount of all 271,728 roles and 149,184 bins derives the idle bill 17310 H1 + 4956 H3 + 1728 H5 + 28190 H48 and the complete bill {1:1645680, 2:470196, 3:159468, 4:71928, 5:13716, 8:5328, 48:28190} (rank mass 4,816,512 = 65,088 x 74); nominal stock is 66,813. PR #3038 already checks both residual classes in its V45 cone, so the native identities are corroboration; none of the five post wrappers is in that cone. The PR #2993 group/control replay (joint delta -H1+20H2-14H3+2H4-2H5, guide margins +42,541 and -58,943) is credited reuse. No defect was found. Peer-native and warp closure, the other 86 private endpoints, physical stock and movement, prefix/precision/tape, legal control allocations, both supplier caps and the outer and all-size premises remain open; no supplier admission or kappa change. Adds research/rank7-group-a-entrance-audit/ only. Submitted by @commdata2338 with substantial AI assistance (OpenAI Codex research and implementation; packaged with Claude Code). …e packing budget Audits PR #2979's final T74 allocation against its losing V45 terminal controls. The final scalar gates, partner frames, later extraction and rewrite stages and cleanup stay fixed; each nonempty subset of endpoints 249/251/265/267 (15 controls) is restored from the shared rank-seven space to its parent rank-eight endpoint, adding one rank-one terminal child and one unit of helper width per call. On the literal fill (271,728 placements, 149,184 bins) every V45 occurrence sits in a saturated bin. Keeping only helper249 lowered overfills 1,938 bins by 1,998 units, and at least 15,354 whole-helper width units must leave them. A packing-dual bound over all 2,551 fixed-capacity patterns, with integer-square-root tariff enclosures, shows that every control fails the source complex saving even under arbitrary fractional repacking: the helper249-only control has complete moment at least 1.000005090277, while the actual coordinated word passes at the same saving. Native phases, dirty cleanup, backing and movement, precision/tape and outer/all-size obligations remain open; no new supplier or kappa. Adds research/rank7-final-fill-controls/ only. …dependencies Answers PR #3038's first open question for the original PR #2979 words. In both providers and both orientations, all 91 private buffers are zero immediately before their actual frees for arbitrary original source, target and dirty-helper inputs (364 checked frees), by exact rational propagation over reduced noncommuting warp words. Forward value, chart and lifetime provenance seeded at every free enlarges PR #3038's two-root cones per provider from 8,902 to 12,693 events forward and from 12,357 to 20,956 in inverse transpose; all 5,815 expanded native classes per provider (609 and 1,377 newly reached) pass exact 512-column identities including global phase. Flipping cleanup event 17256 (Z395 -= L5) leaves PR #3038's helper249/Z249 roots correct but leaves Z395 = -2(x64+x65+x96+x97) at its free, event 22501; the dual flip, premature frees and a newly reached native phase mutation also reject. All 91 private families stay charged (peak 91, stock 66,813); the complete invoice is reconciled arithmetically, not re-derived. Conditional on the normalized macro/native boundary; physical scalar/COPY/CLEAR, backing ownership, precision/tape, both supplier caps, the outer release and all-size conditions remain open, and no supplier, kappa or selected-frontier change is claimed. Adds research/rank7-peer-private-free-audit/ only. Submitted by @commdata2338 with substantial AI assistance (OpenAI Codex research and implementation; packaged with Claude Code). The fill layer of #2942's words with #2957's rewrites is exhausted (#2969 attains their packing cap), so a further gain must change the words. This package changes them in three declared stages on #2942's words and admits the result completely:
κ = 0.001729033982646513517717 − 10⁻⁴⁶ − 10⁻⁷⁰, exactly
4998757898408639167/10²⁴≈ +4.9988e-6 over #2969 (Dugongue,e2ca469b; ≈ +4.9997e-6 over #2966, +5.3166e-6 over #2957, +6.2177e-6 over #2942).What changes
Fresh 9 → 7 extractions are an exact negative over all 43,435 rank-7 subspaces (a 7-dim subspace lies in exactly three hyperplanes, which must all pair), consistent with @RossRichardson's #2918.

Conditional finite supplier/outer certificate with all inherited hypotheses; no selected-frontier change, no unconditional theorem, no independent human review. Checked after packaging (README, Open next questions): the lowering/extraction iteration is at a fixed point on this word (only 586/588 keep slack, −3,345 units each; normals 7/42/45/52 have pairing rank 0; the best other rank-8 block is −29,645), other stage-2 orders tie at best (+66,903), and hidden quartets, entering-helper directions, output-carrier renaming and #2957's rewrite classes (5,893 candidates per provider) give no improvement. Open: re-pairing the B phase around the normal-7 pivots, input changes placed later in A, and integral packing at the cap (the remaining 1.8e-9).
