Change and scope

Bounded independent-moment audit under priority revision 6 for #2979 group B. research/rank7-group-a-entrance-audit/ already binds group A's native residuals (0:261 / 115:261). The deferred soft-overlap tip f795116d (research/rank7-group-b-single-control-audit/) reprinted registered guide margins and left native residual binding open.

This package binds group B helpers {299,448,449,484,485} under shared W=⟨256,128,64,34,17,11,4⟩ on both providers and both orientations:

• helper 299: residual pair 0:260, cold entrance, width 7
• helpers 448/449/484/485: residual pair 114:260, entrance [51], width 6
• adapter and LOCAL-CHECKS hashes match retained FULL-NATIVE-RECEIPT.json
• widths join all 3330 T74 fill placements

Scoped native/interface audit. No new kappa. Selected κ stays 0.001672660197076918. Guide margins +42541 / single-299 −58943 are deliberately not headlined (already in #2979 STAGE-PRICES.json / joint-frame / group-A).
