Change and scope

Bounded independent-moment audit under priority revision 6 for #2979 group C. Leave-alone #3411 already binds group B residual pairs 0:260 / 114:260; research/rank7-group-a-entrance-audit/ binds group A pairs 0:261 / 115:261.

This package binds group C helpers {452,453,532,533} under shared W=⟨256,128,64,32,19,11,6⟩ on both providers and both orientations:

• all four helpers: residual pair 115:262, entrance [30], width 6
• adapter and LOCAL-CHECKS hashes match retained FULL-NATIVE-RECEIPT.json
• widths join all 2664 T74 fill placements

Scoped native/interface audit. No new kappa. Selected κ stays 0.001672660197076918. Guide margins +17170 / single-helper negatives are deliberately not headlined (already in #2979 STAGE-PRICES.json).
