Combining the T37 chronology underlying #3605 with the retained T8 chronology from #3494 yields a new allocation on 450 replicas. It preserves #3605’s staged-width suppliers and improves the conditional endpoint from approximately 0.00173000654954 to 0.00173004755209.

The contribution includes an exact integer certificate, deterministic reconstruction of all 1,652,400 roles, source pins, a rational root comparison, and a complete replay entry point. The physical invoice is 403,709. The new profile is {1:9983580, 2:2940300, 3:936579, 4:413100, 5:87495, 8:32400, 48:172221}.

Validation: all seven source-bound admission stages passed, including the strict physical audit, geometry controls and final outer release. Both changed native suppliers were freshly checked earlier in this same session and their exact source-bound caches were authenticated and reused. The end-to-end portable CLI with fresh native execution has not been rerun; its materialized scientific driver matches the completed execution. Stored receipts and 11 evidence rejection controls are included. Integrated finite checks and package metadata/source pins pass. A final Git-free 605-file export passed the finite/stored-evidence suite in a sanitized environment, with all 65 contribution files matching and all inputs unchanged. The published endpoint is the lower root bound 0.001730047552093344159584 minus the inherited 1e-46 and 1e-70 margins. All inherited conditional premises remain. This does not change the selected result or claim an unconditional multiplication theorem.

Credit: Ross Richardson’s #3605 supplies the staged-width operators and predecessor allocation machinery; #3494 supplies our retained T8 chronology. Prior T16/T8 gains are not counted twice. Publication follow-up at 515a7c449: the first hosted run exposed missing unmerged predecessor Git history. The PR now retains all 24 exact original provenance blobs in its own ancestry and binds the manifest to those retained paths. Original attribution remains recorded. All 540 runtime inputs and scientific receipts are unchanged; independent blob/ancestry audit, finite checks and check_research_commit.py --check-source-history pass. Hosted CI run 39120572512 passed both planning and the registered package replay on 515a7c449.
