PR3690's adapter authenticates the older rank34 R437 catalogue. Current R437/OQ4 changes seven ordered records and its digest. This package refreshes that binding and exercises the actual rank26 ancestor and COPY515 through nested fixed-role physical CALL/RETURN, then all 63 literal consumers and disposal. Partial result: the complete GL64 production ordinary/native/router cohort and uniform supplier refinement remain open.

At source a24f9ff, the adapter reconstructs28233 canonical/903456 paid requests and validates all7814016 literal controller events. Exactly five MOVE routes and two IDLE records change. Rank delta is {26:+32,34:-64,42:+32}; rank mass stays1808352. The new ordered digest is cbfea55f5cd0b74a2a0d4292ad0139d2b5bb73127951127698030bc90c73c532; the old digest rejects. Old-data replay is a positive control using the retained compiler, not an independent compiler.

The physical test uses actual IDLE27776 (window6/family209, rank26) and COPY1603 (stage0/position22014, centre475/frame515), not synthetic Templates. At q=3,w=1 it executes real directory production, source-code/program checks, child grants, two CALLs and two protected returns at 2048->832->91. The actual 65-event COPY/read/ERASE interval executes all 63 physical XOR readers, preserving source and private output until disposal. The actual 28416-family topology and 660 staged roles allocate 29097 canonical stream roles, all parked at both cuts; nonparticipating bodies are empty. Parent programs, numerical aliases/heads, canonical streams, erased work, handoff ports and the complete physical parking stack restore. Obsolete rank34, foreign COPY prefix and three malformed physical gates reject. Runtime Word.inspect is disabled for tested operations.

The body is explicitly controlled:46 bits, two 23-bit prefix fibres, stock11 and declared child outputs. It does not execute either complete residual permutation, its full forward/backward sweeps, full GL64 payload, global macroprogram or production wrapper/native/router. The encoded root would require660*3^4096 bits; the small body is not that packet. BINDING.md gives the conditional source/capsule/consumer implication and keeps the complete cost and visited-cell obligations visible.

RANK26-COST.md derives the actual ancestor's uniform bad-low bound delta26 <=min(1,1664(q-1)/(q(q-2))), below1665/q for q>=1666. Its actual forward plan has6722 commands and both sweeps pay13444*f ADDs, versus4936/9872*f for rank7. All fallback, preparation, source/route, stock and containing-node costs remain paid. A completed rank26 child includes a whole node; it cannot be priced as just the sampled COPY inside it. No exponent or frontier change is claimed.

This is not a new selected κ or a record over the existing pooled PR 3959 candidate. The word pays three more ADDs per call (864 globally), and its reverse cancellation-free row bound grows 1113998→1123650. Applicability of the inherited bad-event/precision tariff to that changed word remains OPEN, alongside physical/native/source/stock obligations. The earlier helper 468 construction is preserved as a losing control: two fewer ADDs but a worse moment. Scalar count alone is not the decision metric.

A separate LOCAL-ONLY complementary audit ran the actual retained pooled compiler on the new template: all 125856 owner occurrences, 288 owner tables, 63936 IDLE records and 903456 requests pass unchanged allocation guards. Pooled profile is {1:380448, 2:400301, 3:22464, 4:26592, 5:29376, 6:17375, 7:26496, 14: 1, 42:403}. It establishes allocation compatibility, not a pooled price or regenerated physical source catalogue. The new MOVE bases/timing still need a new catalogue/codebook binding; old PR 4010 handles cannot be reused as if unchanged.

Validation and publication. All four packages pass registered local replay, meaningful semantic/authentication controls, exact published-byte/source-history checks and official committed-ref export checks. Read-only Git-free exports pass all declared commands for 4067/4062/4040 and the explicitly scoped optimized quick command for 4059; full normal 4059 replay is covered by local and hosted runs. Exact package/input byte scopes: PR4067 has 36 files; PR4062 has 178; PR4040 has 17; PR4059 has 21. Hosted final-head CI links: 4067/run 39252586715, 4062/run 39251389253, 4059/run 39250742903, 4040/run 39243596389. All four final heads PASS: the coordinator checked every run's planning, registered replay and unchanged-input steps, and rechecked the exact open/unmerged PR heads at 12:35 UTC. The carrier final head adds only a private-clone permission fix after baseline 1129538; mathematical artifacts and receipts are unchanged. The earlier 0644 export evidence is retained separately from the final filesystem-locked 0444/0555 checks. Four separate read-only AI reviews plus the pooled audit found and corrected real issues: optimized-away assertions, source/active-head boundaries, stale receipts, JSON-key comparison and read-only control portability. This is not independent human or formal-kernel acceptance. Maintainer edits/access are disabled on every PR.

The preparation fixtures independently compile real native IDLE 896352/rank 14/Q 6512 and COPY 1603/rank 7 contexts; generic admitted histories and cap 1/modulus 3 execution do not prove literal selected-history reachability or nontrivial GL64 high-cube execution. The coefficient theorem does not make general nonfixed trees linear and still pays six independent coefficient calls per physical leaf atom/prefix. A separately labelled local actual rank 26→COPY 7 witness gives 3→2 preparations; it is outside 4059's canonical-only CI scope. Percentages from these different intervals must not be added.

Smallest useful next step: regenerate the new carrier's replica-indexed source/native catalogue and reprove its changed bad-event, reverse-error and physical preparation/stock bill. Reuse the pooled allocation check, producer composition and fixed-PAIR shortcut with their actual protected boundaries. Preserve the earlier pre-MOVE dirty-acquisition handoff: a later shared source plan does not provide the earlier dirty read. For stronger coefficient cancellation, first pay for a source-bound certificate covering every skipped ancestor validation/unit obligation. Do not expand the failed fixed serial-affine two-child COPY route; masked/three-child/adaptive mechanisms need their own complete allowance.
