Certify current R437 chart invertibility and uniform owner separation

PR2989's independent owner-separation audit retained chart invertibility as a premise. This package certifies all 1,235 actual current R437/OQ4 chart labels over Z[1/2]:236 have determinant +1 and 999 determinant −1. Their inverses therefore exist at every odd modulus. It also recertifies the changed 659-role source: all 5,619 canonical same-family role pairs have an entry difference ±1 or±1/2, giving179,808 separated pairs across 288 calls. This establishes the actual caller's owner-key guard uniformly for every invertible common low and every high lift, without enumerating GL64.

The source is the unpooled PR3647/a24f9ff OQ4 catalogue, ordered digest cbfea55f5cd0b74a2a0d4292ad0139d2b5bb73127951127698030bc90c73c532, through the byte-exact PR3967 adapter. The mathematical pairing is finite-field matrix-group actions with disjoint writable packet interfaces. The proof fixes the native/common multiplication direction, includes high carries, and applies the existing route/separation arguments to a conditional gather/local/scatter commuting square on arbitrary dirty payloads. Old rank34 IDLE histories cannot be relabeled as current rank26/42 histories by invertible conjugation.

The complete transport operation count is 253728*N*(G+S) + 379584*N*R, with completed gather/scatter/route tariffs including setup, transfers and disposal. Residual children, ordinary wrappers, original-width stock, numerical reserves and visited-cell bounds remain additional obligations.

Validation: registered normal and optimized CPython 3.12.3 replays pass, authenticating 134 canonical inputs and five retained source files, then regenerating the exact certificate. Controls reject duplicate charts, odd-prime determinants, odd denominators and differences vanishing mod3; a separate semantic example exposes stale-scatter lost writes. Actual native rank26 chart 98 produces24 nonzero carry entries from a zero-high identity header in each of three diagnostics. These are algebraic checks and a source-loop refinement under primitive contracts; no full GL64 physical packet or supplier admission is claimed.

Scope: only research/r437-native-transport/ changes. Canonical main 20ecf28 and priority 6 were refreshed unchanged at entry and submission. PR2989 already proves the general owner-separation and conditional-ordering principles for the old source; this contribution closes its chart-invertibility premise for the current source and refreshes the changed owner inventory. The sibling whole-program and resource lanes are separate and are not dependencies of this package. Selected frontier unchanged.

Retained source line endings are explicitly preserved by package Git attributes. Scientific verifier and receipt bytes are unchanged after the successful registered replay.
