Change and mathematical scope

Seven separated three-ADD blocks in each frozen PR3734 provider contract to two ADDs. Beyond #3998's credited consecutive A1858 contraction, this removes seven forward and five inverse-cleanup ADD records. The complete recursive histogram remains {1:2440,2:725,3:224,4:102,5:20,8:8}: 3,519 children and rank mass 5,134. No recursive-moment, measured runtime or κ improvement is claimed.

Only research/staged544-separated-a2/ is added: 19 files, one canonical-parent commit f408e09df300b575235f7f77f81948071397e16d. Each intervening event must avoid all three selected registers; no prelude, centre, section or native-warp boundary is crossed. The seven new blocks retain their exact ordered frames. Native descriptors/order, helper entrances/exits, wrappers, cuts and initial corrections remain unchanged. No register or buffer is allocated.

PROOF.md gives rational A2 identities, strict disjoint gathering and projected inverse-cleanup composition on arbitrary dirty inputs. data.json binds every gate, replacement, full invoice and canonical reconstructed-word/cleanup digest. The two B deletions write output targets and save no cleanup ADD; the five restore deletions save five. Relative to raw PR3734, the combined saving including #3998 is eight forward plus six cleanup records. Some coefficients are 2 or 1/2; these are scalar records, not asserted unit-native instructions.

Task and overlap

Handoff-first, changed scalar-to-moment scope; exact original card and decision in TASK.json. The new fixed graph witness answers #3998's explicitly open separated-events question. Its unchanged paid bill stops further dependent optimization; it does not complete a paid-profile task. Canonical claim.

The authenticated, unchanged credited auditor replays source, exact published #3998 baseline and final word for each provider: all723 formal inputs, ordinary/dual operators, reverse pullback, both cleanup boundaries, arbitrary buffer identity and no buffer-to-live leakage. Six word variants agree. This is credited interpreter reuse, not a new independent full-word engine.

The separate no-import checker verifies eight exact local identities/provider, reconstructs all word/cleanup digests, independently recomputes the complete point-set frame invoice and compares149 full-register boundary states. Its proof is compositional, not a second723-input replay. Four production positives,40 API/CLI rejections and seven independent semantic rejections/provider pass; normal and optimized checks remain effective.

Local CPython3.12.14: registered replay and exact19-file publication-byte/source-history preflight pass. Official export/check pass. All four commands pass normal and optimized from a fully read-only20-file Git-free export with empty PATH/PYTHONPATH; bytes, modes and inodes remain unchanged. Open next questions

The complete favorable frame bill gives no recursive saving. Another graph/native expansion needs a specified changed boundary and favorable complete allowance first. A later exact word requires its own source/site/cleanup/invoice audit. Physical owner/holding/routing/control/tape costs, changed intermediate numerical growth and signed-floor precision, native phases/lowering, stock, all-size compiler and outer/BIT obligations remain inherited or unknown, never zero. This package admits no supplier. Maintainer edits disabled; no merge, closure or selected-frontier change.

Beyond PR3998 they save seven forward and five projected inverse-cleanup scalar ADDs. The complete profile remains {1:2482,2:712,3:218,4:109,5:20,8:8}: 3,549 children and rank mass 5,160. Native operators, boundaries, role inventory and dirty buffers are preserved. No recursive-moment, runtime or κ gain is claimed.

Each contracted two-gate site has exactly one complete compatible frame itinerary at fixed neighboring boundaries, proved with backward successor-cap propagation. Composing the changed graph with PR4016's exact forced-intersection terminal cones gives the same 13,285 hyperplanes per provider and the same five changed-cone candidates after B-index remapping.
