Conditional κ = 0.001654269575689572: six more layered cold ends and full-48 packing

Adds six cold dimension-eight ends to the PR655/656 layered gauge word and an exact whole-owner assignment with 2,409 idle rank-48 children. The resulting conditional κ is 0.001654269575689572 (413567393922393/250000000000000000), above independently replayed #658 at 0.001654192296855146. The complex endpoint is 1657010718107129084353/10^24; #589's bit supplier and surcharge are unchanged.

The word retains the six pivot swaps, eight entering-end extensions and 54 inherited cold ends. The new ends are raw helpers 519, 580, 581, 582, 590 and 591. The integer flow/matching certificate reconstructs all 35,424 owner roles with the standard library. Full rank-48 packing attains the exact moment optimum for this fixed word, dispatch and inherited capacities; this is not an upper bound on other constructions.

Verification: complete fresh macOS and Linux Python 3.14.8 replays passed in 355.338 and 430.019 seconds, including fresh ancestral construction, all 716 arbitrary-dirt columns, phase/wrapper checks, inherited and new mutation suites, independent native/owner checks, two exact moment engines and all 47 strict outer constraints. All retained artifact/log hashes and cross-platform mathematical results agree. The separate complete #589 bit-circuit replay also passed. A Python 3.11/3.14 CI matrix runs the portable command:

The standalone package retains source pins, attribution and unchanged admission predicates; PROVENANCE.md documents the descriptive-only admission change and import-path adjustment. research/complex-layered-cold60-validation/ holds platform receipts and bit replay evidence. The 11 whitespace warnings are in byte-exact vendored sources; new files outside those sources pass git diff --check.

This remains a finite conditional witness. All-size compilation, common-label/mutable-source realization, complete-invocation hosting, precision/tape accounting, punctured bit units and analytic transfer remain obligations. It is not an unconditional multiplication theorem or κ = 1. Prepared with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance, with upstream contributors credited in the package.
