feat(webapp): carry the fluid editorial design to the dark themes - #289

Apply the desktop's design language (docs/design/fluid-editorial.md in WaveFlow) to every dark theme through a new fluid.css, scoped under :root.dark and wrapped in :where() so each rule weighs what it replaces. Light themes keep the refresh they had. - Ship DM Sans Variable and Playfair Display italic as webfonts. - Light the page with the playing cover: CoverLight samples its average colour and writes --glow and --glow-deep, read by the background pools, the player bar and the heads. - File the rail into sections, with the four most used places as tiles, and set the section as a kicker over each page title. - Draw the played part of the progress line as the mark's wave. - Dock the player bar across the window with the transport centred. - Give the immersive view's missing-cover stand-in a width: it shrank to its two-pixel border, and the borderless dark themes took those away. A tab switch waits for the destination's first answer. Two ways that wait went wrong, both found by review: - Following a link in the page while a tab was loading was undone when the answer arrived, because nothing compared where the visitor now was with where the switch started. The switch now gives way to any later move. - The random tab was prefetched, but its draw is held for no time at all: it was thrown away before the page mounted and the page drew again, two requests and a wait for both. GET /api/v2/artists/{artist_id}/albums answers the albums credited to an
artist as album artist that the caller can see, through
DomainServices::artist, so tenancy is the query's as everywhere else and a
foreign or missing artist answers 404.
GET /api/v2/artists/{artist_id} carries the same albums, but it is the
artist's own page: it asks the enrichment engine, which schedules a fill
from every provider whose row is missing or stale. A client that only wants
the artist's other records - the web client's album page - would otherwise
send a request to a third party for every album opened, or page through the
whole library to keep six of them.
A sub-route like top-songs, rather than a parameter on the page.

The album page's "more by" paged through every album in the library to keep
six. It now reads GET /api/v2/artists/{id}/albums, which carries the
artist's albums alone and asks no metadata provider, and still keeps them
to the album's own library.
The album view test now fails if the page asks for the library listing or
for the artist's page.
