Adds the opt-in JSONInspection array-evidence candidate on current main f975ac1, preserving the exact N1/N2 semantics and current schema examples, composition, CLI identity and #44 DocC navigator/URL repair. Complete and prefix evidence describe examined rows only; no schema/table/matrix admission is inferred. The44 authored Inspection and56 Navigation declarations, original I01–I17 and implementation bytes are unchanged from NAV6.

Final head258a23eb01cd0cbcc702c0a2550d35ff05f4881d (tree830d49bb79254c18cd74c5d1cdc86eb11c704d91). This new main-based proposal preserves original #41/NAV6 refs. The followup corrects two README footer counts; it changes no Sources/manifest. N3/P1 are separate dependent drafts, not part of this merge proposal.

Validation: Native38935150655 and Linux38935150689 pass all native/safety/docs/archive and both Linux architecture runtime/safety jobs. Native720/Linux704 functions+325 parameters/config; TSan48/47. Final Node WASI616+288/config, existing limited WasmKit plus direct17 I cases/config, external12-case consumer, Debug/Release/ASan/strict/negative-codegen, both Apple SDK27.2 Release compile/link and generated documentation bytes pass. All49 cap probes/126 maintenance identities remain. SDK builds do not prove mobile runtime; WasmKit is not the full root. Actual source archives/logs are materialized in the local NAV7 evidence return.

Owner merge decision is deliberately separate. Remains draft; no merge/ready/tag/release/deployment/protection action. G4 native snapshot performance remains HOLD without retry/waiver. Current base/check/ruleset/review-thread lease must be refreshed before a later authorized merge.

Superseded by the reconciled Navigation V1 integration #59, squash-merged as 0cb8ca4. This historical head is NOT reported as merged. N1/N2 already on main were preserved; only missing N3/P1 deltas were reconciled, compiler/API audited and qualified on current main. Fresh remote exact-revision Snapshot14 and Projection16 consumers passed Debug/Release on the merged source. Original source refs, patches and historical failures/evidence are retained; this branch is not deleted. G4 remains HOLD with no performance claims under the explicit owner disposition.
