Adds the 1.8 candidate's cumulative path/snapshot/store value batches and an immutable public configured store inside JSONInspection. Exact-ID lookup and complete bounded BFS follow reuse the original native invocation ledger and preserve exact numbers, decoded-scalar identity, construction/error precedence and source-local positions. Root products/dependencies, deployment floors and existing public signatures remain unchanged.

Includes public cross-product recipes, nine new Integration cases, deterministic capacity fixtures, exact discovery checks and DocC guides. The three legacy test-only current-task callbacks now acknowledge their confined unsafe handles explicitly; no production safety annotation or compiler policy is relaxed.

Local qualification on Apple Swift 6.4.2 / Xcode 27.2:

  • Full Integration: 43 functions in Debug/Release and ASan; sharing TSan and strict-memory compilation pass.
  • All 49 existing public cap probes pass. All 16 capacity/counter cells complete, including the 512-record chain; these are not timing, allocation or RSS measurements.
  • Public SwiftPM consumer: original 12 plus six cross-product witnesses per configuration, ordinary compiler refusals and compiled guides.
  • All 13 DocC catalogues and 1,639 authored declarations/parameters pass. Against published 1.7.0, only Inspection adds 139 declarations; no existing identity or declaration fragment changes.
  • Pinned syntax: 287 evaluated successes / 31 policy rejections from 318 cases. Pinned schema: 2,300 evaluated successes / 37 policy exclusions from 2,337 cases. Authored semantics/budgets and 4,396 malformed-input replays pass.

Base: 8557bad. Reviewed local checkpoint: 5e27899, tree 09996372f4a4da71dbc3b478bcede0312a3bab87.

This draft runs the unchanged required Native/Linux workflows. Full platform/runtime qualification and controlled performance remain open; historical 1.7 profiling dispositions do not qualify 1.8. Logical retained bytes remain distinct from heap/RSS and caller work. No persistence, new platform, dependency or product is included.

See Documentation/Qualification/Release1.8.md and Documentation/Architecture/StructuralIntelligence/BoundedWorkflows1.8.md. Merging, tagging and publication remain separate maintainer decisions.
