This adds the remaining routing-analytics data to usage/aw_session.jsonl, which the CAO model-routing page reads from. That covers the configured routing policy, a counterfactual baseline price, harness and run identity, and identifier-only upstream/request errors. AWF, CAO, audit findings, harness model resolution and model pins are unchanged.

`workflow.info` identity

engineHarness is copilot-cli or copilot-sdk.
- The compiler emits it as GH_AW_INFO_ENGINE_HARNESS, taken from engine.copilot-sdk.
- It is absent for non-Copilot engines and is never inferred from engineId, the workflow name or model output.
workflowRef is the executing workflow reference, the same value as workflowId. It is never the caller's GITHUB_WORKFLOW_REF.
serverUrl is the runner's GitHub server origin.
runAttempt, workflowId, workflowCallId and callerWorkflowRef are unchanged.

`model.config` (written by the runner, one per run)

The compiler emits two env vars:
- GH_AW_INFO_MODEL_CONFIG: configured routing, model policy and budget source, as JSON.
- GH_AW_INFO_MAX_AI_CREDITS: a literal, or the repository-default expression vars.GH_AW_DEFAULT_MAX_AI_CREDITS || '1000'.
generate_aw_info writes them to aw_info.model_config before the engine starts. The record therefore survives failures in routing selection, sub-agent resolution or startup.
After the agent exits, parse_token_usage adds baseline_model, the main model the run would have used without routing. It comes from runner-written evidence, in this order:
1. The recorded main model resolution.
2. For unrouted runs, model_selection.resolved_model.
3. For routed Copilot runs, the configured model resolved with the existing alias map and AWF reflection.
It is never auto or the routed model, and is left absent when it can't be established.
The collector projects it as:

routing.mode is the configured mode. It is never the router's per-run classification: the routed fixture is configured economy but classified balanced.
maxAiCreditsSource is frontmatter, default or admission.
- It is recorded from configuration provenance, never inferred from the value.
- admission is an addition beyond the issue's two values. It applies when an admitted guardrail.admission allowance replaced the configured budget.

`model.baseline_estimate` (written by the collector, routed runs only)

Reprices each agent-phase main-agent proxy request at baselineModel using computeInferenceAIC.
- Each request_id is counted once, so replicated proxy copies don't double-count.
- Each request's input_tokens_include_cache setting is honoured.
Attribution uses only proxy- and runner-written evidence. model_routing.outcome is never used.
- purpose: routing_classification is the classifier and is excluded.
- routed: deviated matching a declared sub_agent_models entry is a sub-agent and is excluded.
- routed: as_selected not matching a declared sub-agent is a main request.
- Anything else is counted in unattributedRequests.
Pricing availability is checked before calling computeInferenceAIC, which returns 0 when pricing is missing. Unknown pricing is therefore counted as unpriced, never as zero cost.
complete is true only when:
- the baseline model is known,
- at least one main request was seen,
- and no request is unpriced or unattributed.
Unrouted runs have no estimate. A missing estimate means unknown, not zero.
Known limitation: an undeclared sub-agent that uses the routed model is indistinguishable from the main agent and is counted as main.

Identifier-only errors

AWF UPSTREAM_ERROR_RESPONSE records now become firewall.upstream_error instead of a generic firewall.event. Only requestId, provider, model, httpStatus, errorCode, errorType and errorParam are kept.
firewall.model_routing request events now keep errorCode, errorType and errorSource (upstream or awf).
Identifiers must match ^[A-Za-z0-9_.:-]{1,64}$. Anything else is dropped, never truncated or recovered from error text.
Response bodies, headers, endpoints and messages are never copied.

Contract, wiring and fixtures

Spec: new sections T-UAS-076, 077 and 078 give each field's writer, provenance and applicability, and state that an absent value means unknown. TS types and unified-session.schema.json are updated.
Supporting wiring:
- routing_analytics.cjs and resolve_model_alias.cjs are embedded in the Go session parser.
- The Aider parser's interpreted-type list includes the three new event types.
Lock files and goldens: lock files are recompiled and the WASM golden files updated; both change only by the three new GH_AW_INFO_* env lines.
Run fixtures: copied verbatim from the agent artifacts of three runs, plus verbatim subsets of their published sessions:
- 39508154330: routed, SDK harness.
- 39506475007: unrouted, CLI harness.
- 39499464895: routed Claude, SDK harness, failed closed on an unavailable sub-agent model.
Error fixtures: none of those runs has an upstream-error record. These were produced by running the gh-aw-firewall#10211 writers (at b5c683e116) on the inputs from its tests.
Prettier: the fixture JSON is excluded so the files stay byte-for-byte as recorded.

Needs maintainer dispatch: `routing_analytics_smokes_end_to_end`

Dispatch smoke-copilot-sdk-routed and smoke-copilot on this branch, then check each run's usage/aw_session.jsonl:

workflow.info has engineHarness, workflowRef and serverUrl.
There is exactly one model.config.
The routed run also has model.baseline_estimate.

Known failures on `main` (not addressed here)

smoke-copilot: shell and URL commands are denied, and the agent reports the task incomplete.

Revert `ecf70d8c16`: it's out of scope

ecf70d8c16 ("Fix Copilot smoke shell and browser permissions") came from a PR Sous Chef request to fix the failing smoke-copilot run 39529502581. That failure isn't caused by this PR. The agent reported the task incomplete after https://github.com URL approvals were denied, which also happens on main.

The commit also changes smoke-copilot policy in ways the maintainers chose not to:

It replaces bash * with a 14-command allowlist and forces Playwright onto Firefox.
In gh-aw#70697, Peli's direction was a destination-specific URL fix rather than changing shell permissions.
The Playwright failure is tracked separately in Browser library injection requires GLIBC_2.43 on an older chroot runtime (AWF v0.28.70) gh-aw-firewall#10385.

This PR's scope is the routing analytics data only. Please revert ecf70d8c16 and keep the main merges.

Reverted ecf70d8c16 in 2a8a679. All main merges and earlier commits are kept.

What changed

Revert: smoke-copilot.md now matches main. The --allow-url args, the bash allowlist and the Firefox Playwright setting are gone. Its lock file differs from main only by GH_AW_INFO_ENGINE_HARNESS, GH_AW_INFO_MODEL_CONFIG and GH_AW_INFO_MAX_AI_CREDITS.
Merge and recompile: the branch was 3 commits behind, so I ran make merge-main (c2568a6) and make recompile. The recompile added this PR's env lines to smoke-claude-sub-agents.lock.yml, which changed on main (0f37823).
Lock diffs against main: mostly the three GH_AW_INFO_* additions and the admission-hash refreshes they cause. The exception is the four aider lock files: an earlier commit on this branch adds firewall.upstream_error, model.config and model.baseline_estimate to the event list in shared/aider.md. That changes their event list and frontmatter hash. I kept it because you asked me to keep all earlier commits.

Checks

make fmt and the routing_analytics, unified_session and generate_aw_info JS tests pass (8 files, 594 tests).
make lint fails on 3 modernize/embedlit issues in pkg/workflow/actions/native_test.go. This PR doesn't touch that file, and running make golint on main gives the same 3 issues, so it's a known failure on main and I didn't fix it here.
The smoke-copilot URL-denial failure is not caused by this PR and is not addressed here.

Merged main at 129954c047 ("Set read-only cache mode for dry-run workflows (#70788)") in 26b9f0d88d. That merge brings in #70750, #70763, #70787, #70790 and #70788 with no conflicts. Recompiled all 346 workflows in b7d4e5c98c.

Lock files

Every lock file changes by one line: the manifest gains "admission":true, which comes from Make admission jobs opt-in through frontmatter or aw.json #70763's compiler change.
bash scripts/check-workflow-drift.sh ./gh-aw passes ("All workflow lock files are in sync"), and git status is clean.
smoke-copilot.md is identical to main, so the revert of ecf70d8c16 still holds.

Checks

make fmt is clean.
make lint fails only on the 3 known embedlit findings in pkg/cli/add_workflow_resolution.go. Make stops there, so I ran the targets after golint (validate-model-alias-chains, lint-action-sh, shellcheck-setup-sh, check-stale-schema-binary) separately, and they pass.
The routing_analytics, unified_session* and generate_aw_info JS tests pass (8 files, 594 tests).

Merged main at 46357d3365 ("Refactor frontmatter codemods onto the shared workflow AST (#70779)") in 1ff56b7d79.

The only conflicts were the four aider lock files (daily-code-debt-aider, daily-go-test-stubs-aider, engine-conformance-aider, smoke-aider). I regenerated them with make build && make recompile instead of editing them by hand. All 346 workflows compiled.
bash scripts/check-workflow-drift.sh ./gh-aw passes, and git status is clean.
smoke-copilot.md is identical to main.
Apart from lock files, the PR still changes only the same 46 routing-analytics files as before.

As you asked, this round has no other changes. I ran no tests or lint, and I didn't touch the known main failures.
