[Maikol]

Adds a private @graphprotocol/graph-token package whose Foundry tests deploy the existing 0.7.6 GraphToken, L2GraphToken and BridgeEscrow from the @graphprotocol/contracts build output, and deletes the TypeScript tests they replace. A small TokenUtilsMock in packages/contracts/contracts/tests gives the package direct tests for the TokenUtils library, which no graph-token contract calls. Stacked on #1375.
