[Maikol]

Adds a private @graphprotocol/subgraph-discovery package whose Foundry tests deploy the existing 0.7.6 L2Curation and GraphCurationToken from the @graphprotocol/contracts build output, and deletes the TypeScript tests they replace. Its shared test setup also wires L2GNS, SubgraphNFT and a mock L2 gateway, which the L2GNS port in the next PR uses. Stacked on #1377.
