Fixes the production Menger failure after the examples-shell migration.
The prepared bank now scopes its scene rules to both the standalone body and
.example-stage, and the product-bank contract rejects the stale body-only selector. The browser smoke audit remains scoped to PolyCSS renderer rules.Verified:
