Dependabot commit bodies contain markdown table rows longer than 100 chars (e.g. the
actions/create-github-app-tokenrow in #47). The commitlint version bundled inwagoid/commitlint-github-action@v6doesn't exempt URL lines, sobody-max-line-lengthfails and blocks the PR.Adds an
