• PR log: add merged-state rows for feat(policy): rag-policy package — PolicyEngine PDP + coverage linter (Step 1.1c) #46 (1.1c PolicyEngine), chore(schemas): track generated JSON Schemas + add drift CI gate #47 (schema-drift gate), chore(ci): lint scripts/ + ignore S603/S607 in scripts/** #48 (lint fix)

Follows the established chore/tracker-sync-pr* pattern (prior: #35, etc.). No code or doc content changes — only tracker links.
