Skill source configuration skills.json, .changelog/consistent-skill-sources.md |
The configuration adopts schema 1.15.0, adds resources/skills as a source, trusts fast-forward/* with trusted-replace enabled, and updates the Changelog source ref to ^0.4.0. The changelog records the skill-source changes. |
PHPDoc fixer setup .php-cs-fixer.dist.php, composer.json, .gitattributes, .gitignore |
A PHP-CS-Fixer profile defines project scanning and PHPDoc rules. Composer allows the GrumPHP shim plugin. The export and ignore settings are updated. |
PHPDoc annotations and test descriptions src/*, tests/* |
PHPDoc and formatting are updated in source and test code. JsonResponse uses imported exception names. Existing JSON, stream, and header test assertions remain unchanged. |

Full details: Title check
-
Explanation
The title is a conventional-commit style summary that names two real parts of the changeset: standardizing automatic skill sources (skills.json, changelog source ^0.4.0, trusted-replace for fast-forward/*, local resources/skills) and the PHPDoc bootstrap (.php-cs-fixer.dist.php loading the project autoloader). It is somewhat broad because the changeset also includes header/response PHPDoc normalization, enum-case docblock reformatting, and test formatting, which the title does not mention. It does not describe anything absent from the changes and is not vague.
Full details: Description check
-
Explanation
The description is closely related to the changeset. It covers the skill configuration in skills.json and the changelog source change to ^0.4.0, the PHPDoc profile and autoloader loading in .php-cs-fixer.dist.php, the .gitignore and .gitattributes updates, the composer.json GrumPHP shim allowance, and the response/header PHPDoc and import changes. It also gives validation details. The description is detailed and specific, so it is not vague or off-topic.

A rabbit checks the skill-source trail,
Then sets the fixer rules in place.
PHPDocs gain a clearer shape,
While tests keep each assertion’s place.
The stream stays steady, cursor, too,
And carrots wait beside the queue.

Standardize the contributor skill configuration across Fast Forward libraries: use
fast-forward/*withtrusted-replace, keepauto-sync: true, and register the localresources/skillsdirectory without a package override. The GitHub Changelog source now uses^0.4.0and discovers its Composer-declared payload without a redundant skill allowlist. Pin the schema to the verified installer release and add a patch fragment. The project PHPDoc profile loads the consumer autoloader, avoiding DevTools 1.x's nonexistent nested autoloader, and preserves existing file/license headers while checking PHPDoc structure. Keep generated development output ignored and the profile outside Composer archives. Explicitly allow the GrumPHP shim already required by DevTools so Composer can activate the reviewed development commands. Complete missing PHPDoc on existing response/header regression cases, order response return/exception tags and import the already referenced global exception/stream names without changing behavior.
Normalize header/response PHPDoc, enum-case documentation and regression-test formatting. Preserve Accept quality parsing, Unicode boundary checks and response stream-position behavior.
