Port the EN changes recorded by revcheck to the German translation: - book.xml: add Soap\Sdl and Soap\Url entity references - constants.xml: mirror the EN line-break before </link> - soapclient.xml: change SoapClient::sdl / ::httpurl property types from resource to Soap\Sdl / Soap\Url - soapclient/dorequest.xml: add the uriParserClass parameter (PHP 8.5) - soapfault.xml: add the lang property and its 8.5 changelog entry - soapfault/construct.xml: rename the parameter labels in the prose to match the new EN naming and add the lang parameter (PHP 8.5) - soapserver/addfunction.xml: document the PHP 8.4 deprecation of passing an int (including SOAP_FUNCTIONS_ALL) and update the example - soapserver/fault.xml: add the lang parameter (PHP 8.5)
