The links to pages that moved to php/doc-extensions point to the extensions manual, which is served next to the language manuals.
…nsions manual The root elements that now carry xlink:href declare the namespace, so each file is well formed on its own. The PDO_SQLSRV links point at the address the page will have in the extensions manual.
The books of the moved extensions are no longer included, and the five sets that only held such books (audio, authentication, non-text output, search engines, GUI) are removed.
…ns manual The references from language-snippets.ent, the extensions list and the PDO drivers table point at ../extensions/<page>.php.
The list is generated from reference/ by doc-base/scripts/qa/extensions.xml.php, so it no longer holds the extensions that moved to the extensions manual.

manual.xml, reference/mysqlinfo/set.xml and reference/pdo/drivers.xml still included entities of the removed directories, which fails the build when the extensions manual is not next to the manual.
…ntities appendices/ini.list.xml included the configuration lists of nine extensions that moved, and the links added to language-snippets.ent declare the xlink namespace, which the entities do not inherit.
docbook-cs reports a para that holds only inline content in the files of a pull request. These seven paragraphs carry a link that was changed.

reference/<ext>/directories of the extensions moved to php/doc-extensions, their books frommanual.xml(and the five sets left empty), and the references to them: 60 links now point at../extensions/<page>.phpandappendices/extensions.xmlis regenerated.Block: php/phd#270, php/doc-extensions#49, php/doc-fr#3696, php/web-php#2038.
