Raises backend/edge from 89.7 to 97.9 with shorter rules and one lead-in.

Section Change
Lead-in Two paragraphs (product list, opt-in note, mesh pointer) → two sentences
TLS termination Redirect and the cleartext MUST NOT split; re-encryption rule shortened
Forwarded headers Trusted-proxy rule from 32 to 20 words, reason kept
Routing Health-check rule rewritten as one instruction
Limits Timeout rule shortened, reason kept

Checks

  • Smoke 35/35; conformance 12 passed, 0 failed, 1 not applicable; readings read
  • Fork sync, redundancy audit, score ratchet, markdownlint, pre-commit hooks

No CHANGELOG entry: the rules are unchanged in meaning.

The two lead-in paragraphs become two sentences; long rules lose their
trailing explanations or split in two. The cleartext MUST NOT stands as
its own rule.
