Raises frontend/quality from 93.5 to 98.3: its rules were noun phrases and statements, and one carried a hedge.

Section Change
Patterns "patterns where appropriate" → the case each pattern fits
Design patterns Bold-labelled catalogue and the "Avoid" list → six instructions; the event-bus ban is a "Never"
Linting "A linter MUST be configured" and similar → "Configure a linter (MUST)"; both SHOULDs kept
CSS, Analytics "No inline styles", "No tracking scripts" → instructions

Checks

  • Smoke 35/35; conformance 12 passed, 0 failed, 1 not applicable; readings read
  • Fork sync, redundancy audit, score ratchet, markdownlint, pre-commit hooks

No CHANGELOG entry: the rules are unchanged in meaning.

The pattern catalogue's bold labels and the linting, CSS and analytics
statements become instructions; the "where appropriate" hedge names the
case each pattern fits. Every MUST, MUST NOT and SHOULD stays.
